Dairy Free Chocolate Cake

This cake is Dairy and Egg free!

This is fantastically moist and delicious

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teapoon Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Malt Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups Cold Water

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Mix wet ingredients
  • Blend wet mixture into dry ingredients, stir until well mixed
  • Bake in a preheated oven 150 degrees for 45-60 minutes

Notes

I use rice bran oil, but any oil should work.
