Can grow up to a metre tall and wide.

Grows in full sun but capable of doing dappled shade.

Ideas for using Pineapple Sage:

  • Pineapple sage is a fantastic addition to cream cheese dip – use both the leaves and flowers.
  • Add a Leafy stem to a jug of iced water
  • Add leaves to raisin bread dough
  • Add to vanilla ice cream
  • Add to salads
  • Make Pineapple tea (this can be used in cakes as a milk substitute)
  • Place under roast chicken or pork
  • Crystallise flowers for a sweet pineapple treat
