Rhubarb Champagne
Ingredients
- 2 kg Rhubarb Chopped into 2-3cm chunks
- 1.5 kg Sugar
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 10 litres Water
- 4 Lemons Juice and grated rind
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large container, cover and leave in a cool spot for at least 48 hours
- Strain
- Bottle and Leave for at least one week prior to drinking
